Our construction sign went up this past weekend on a lot at Ascaya, a new development overlooking Henderson and The Las Vegas Valley. After a few months of planning, meetings, architect’s plan changes, owners vision change, etc. We are getting closer to start time. As soon as plans are ready and stamped by the City of Henderson, we will start by adding dirt to lot to build the pad where the entire residence will be set.
The views from these lots are probably some of the best in town as you can see from the lot where our project will be. It will be great to update you of progress of home through the next year and until the home is finished.
