Pool Casita is Finished

Pool Casita is finished along with pool, barbecue area and new outdoor patio.

The Pool Casita is complete, the Barbecue area is finished and the landscaping is completely in place.

What was  a very open landscape before is now a more inviting place to hang out in the new pool and the new casita; complete with shower, bathroom, TV, and sitting area.

The second picture shows the way to backyard from the side of house. Past the fence you have green areas for the community. A man gate was installed at this fence to give quick access into those areas.

  The next picture shows the casita on the same area now. The entrance into the casita faces the pool, while a floor to ceiling window offers a glimpse into the living area of casita.

A putting green area was placed by entry to casita and covered with artificial grass.

Prior to remodel, there was a combination of cement patio and grass. Some of the trees in the background as well as many of the planters were removed for a new layout that accommodated the casita and new grounds. The look of the area is much cleaner and again, more inviting to come into the Casita.

This is the new pool and patio looking from Casita. Once furniture is added, the place will look even better.

Around the main house, we removed walkways  and replaced with new cement sections. this created a more uniform look throughout the grounds and matching the  straight lines around the home.

The fireplace wall in the living room of home was replaced with new slabs to create a dramatic effect.
