Remodel at The Fountains
In this residence, we remodeled different areas of the home in a span of 4 months with the focus being a New kitchen. The areas included; kitchen, living area, a powder room and a master bath. Flooring was replaced throughout the house as well with new paint throughout. The designer and the owner worked together to select the right material for the project now it was up to us to pt it all together.
The New Kitchen
In the Kitchen the client wanted to keep the existing cabinetry while a hood was added to the project. The stove top sat at the island and we moved it to the back center of kitchen wall. We removed the tiles and set Stone counter tops throughout kitchen with new backsplash. When doing total demolition work it goes much faster than when you have to protect and keep certain areas from dust and damage. No matter the challenge, we are ready to ensure total satisfaction with our clients.
The finished work in the new kitchen (Below) speaks for itself. The hood looks very impressive with its matching cabinets on each side. The details surrounding the hood add a great touch to the look of the entire kitchen as well; From the new stone on counters to the new sink and fixtures, it modernizes the kitchen without losing its charm.
Master Bathroom
Another area that we remodeled was the Master Bathroom with a couple of small changes in the bedroom. The Master bath had cabinetry in a maple color with tile on counter. The mirror were set wall to wall and the lighting in room was upgraded. The new look included new faces on cabinetry, the mirrors were framed with the same material used for cabinetry – reclaimed wood that matched the tones on the counter.
In the bedroom, the soffits were also covered in the same material to add color to the ceiling.
Other remodel areas
Another area that went through a complete remodel was a powder room. Walls and floor were exposed for new re-directed piping as well as new tile on floor and walls. At the end, this powder room gained more space and it became more welcoming.
The New Powder Room
We kept the pedestal sink while we replaced the toilet with a new one. We replaced the flooring in this powder room as well and used the same tile to place on walls.
