Welcome to our new redesigned Website. Futures Building Company is a Construction company in the Las Vegas area since 2005. However, our combined experience goes back for more than 50 years working in the Las Vegas valley, Henderson and surrounding areas. Futures Building Company has specialized in the construction of homes for a very select clientele. Our projects have included custom homes, penthouse condominiums, as well as remodels and upgrades to kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
We work with all Designers, Architects and Engineers to ensure that every facet of your project is done with the most up to date building codes available. After designs and plans are all agreed to and permitted then we get to work. We have our own construction crew that works on most aspects of the project and where needed we bring in the most experienced subcontractors. We assist our clients with their maintenance and service call issues as well. This includes tract homes and custom built where we set up schedules for maintenance and follow up. In all our jobs, we ensure to keep a record of every detail with pictures and videos as archives, from ducts and pipes going into the ground to wiring and any other lines behind walls. These details are always helpful when remodels are planned or after the homes are sold to a new client. It is details like this that we have built our reputation on and have kept our clients for years.
We also work on high-rise and commercial projects. Our license and bid limit allows us to work on any project no matter the size. From a 2 thousand square foot cabin to a palatial estate.
