Here are some pictures of a wine room we recently finished at a residence here in Vegas. The wood cabinetry is all done with Sapele, a wood species that closely resembles mahogany, also called “African Mahogany”. This wood can tolerate humidity and fluctuating temperatures besides being long lasting. Cabinetry is done from floor to ceiling to utilize space as effectively as possible.
Once room gets filled with many bottles of wine, then it will definitely be very impressive. The installation did not take too long for our Carpenters. Cabinetry is usually ordered in individual pieces or as an “already built” cabinetry units. Not much different than installing kitchen cabinetry, which we are also very good at.
