Rick Johnson is a native from Las Vegas who at 15 began working in the wood working trade. From there he added many other trades to his experience; masonry, carpentry, framing, door and trim, all within general building.
He advanced his experience further and perfected his trades by working at all levels with a custom-home builder for 22 years.
In 2005 he started Futures Building Company. A company specializing in custom homes where quality is the driving force. Since then, we have established a relationship not just with the best subcontractors in town, but also with our clients who hire us to maintain the properties we built for them year after year.
Our Office handles all aspects related to your project:
- We will meet with you, your architect or designer and go over every detail to ensure that your vision is executed while staying within budget. We also offer draftsman and design services.
- We handle all project plans and divvy up to engineers, City or County agencies for approvals and compliance with established codes.
- All accounting functions are handled at our office for your project and we are available to you anytime with questions regarding your project. We work with licensed subcontractors and no matter the project, they will be there well after project is finished for follow up and warranty work.
- Our Project Managers remain on site throughout the scheduled project and manage all other subcontractors and crews to make sure that the quality that you and our company expect is executed.
