Our Backyard and Landscape Remodel is almost done.
We are in the last stages of the Backyard and Landscape Remodel that began last year. Most aspects of the project are finished except for the last details; retouching small areas and getting the landscape sub contractor to complete their installation on time. They are the last to finish and after that they will only return to fix or repair anything under warranty. We however, will continue to maintain our presence with our clients, even after all job warranties are past and the remodel is finished.
Since the remodel is not completed 100%, I will show a couple of pictures that show the progress for the last month. The casita was framed and Lath surrounded the building ready for stucco the last time I posted about the project.
The pictures show the cabana with walls ready to bi finished and then almost finished. Custom cabinetry in place, walls painted with outlets, plugs, light fixtures in place. The other pictures show the barbecue area with hardback prior to installation of slabs and then with the slabs in place.
Notice protection on corners since there is still work going on around backyard area. The wall behind barbecue was also completely stripped from old covering and new stucco added.
